Í tilefni af tíu ára afmæli Forlagsins efnum við til rafbókasamkeppni um Nýjar raddir.
Óskað er eftir handritum eftir höfunda sem ekki hafa gefið út fleiri en eitt prósaverk áður hjá atvinnuforlagi. Handritið skal vera einn samfelldur texti eða safn styttri texta og á lengd við nóvellu eða stutta skáldsögu (um 15.000 til 30.000 orð) ætlaður fyrir fullorðna.
Handrit skulu send undir nafni höfundar ásamt kynningu á honum og fyrri skrifum.
Skiladagur handrita er 1. desember, 2017.
Valin verða að hámarki þrjú handrit úr innsendum verkum sem gefin verða út í rafrænu formi undir merkjum Forlagsins að vori. Útvaldir höfundar fá samning við Forlagið, fyrirframgreiðslu upp á 100.000 kr., ritstjórn og kynningu. Frá vinningshöfum er skýrt opinberlega á útgáfudegi.
Í dómnefnd sitja Silja Aðalsteinsdóttir, rithöfundur og ritstjóri, Ingi Björn Guðnason, verkefnastjóri hjá Háskólasetri Vestfjarða, og Sigþrúður Gunnarsdóttir, ritstjóri hjá Forlaginu.
Handrit skal senda á netfangið handrit@forlagid.is og merkja með „Nýjar raddir“.
