Gerður Kristný heldur áfram að gera það gott í hinum stóra heimi en ljóðabálkur hennar, Drápa, verður settur upp næsta haust í hinu sögufræga revíuleikhúsi Wilton’s Music Hall í London.
Um er að ræða einstaka uppsetningu þar sem Gerður les upp ljóðabálkinn við frumsamda tónlist Helga Rafns Ingvarssonar.
Drápa kom út árið 2014 og fékk afbragðs viðtökur lesanda og gagnrýnenda. Hróður Drápu hefur síðan borist út fyrir landsteina og hefur bálkurinn komið út í Englandi, Danmörku og Noregi.
